2025-2026 Course Selection Dates:

January 21-22

• Dobie 9 Counselors will visit Thompson and BHI to talk to students about 9^th grade course selection.
• Students will receive a course options handout to help make their decisions.

January 23

• Dobie 9 Elective Fair—Students will visit Dobie 9 to learn about course options from Dobie staff and students.
• 8^th Grade Parent Night
  • 5:00-6:30 at Dobie 9
  • Meet Dobie HS staff to learn more about HS course options
  • Live Counselor Presentations @ 5:15, 5:45, and 6:15

January 27-28

Dobie 9 Counselors meet one-on-one with BHI 8^th graders to choose 9^th grade courses. Students should bring their Course Options handout with them.

January 29-30

Dobie 9 Counselors meet one-on-one with THOMPSON 8^th graders to choose 9^th grade courses. Students should bring their Course Options handout with them.
